Supernatural - Wherever You Will Go Sam/Dean

Once again i thought i would try out something different, so be gentle :)
I heard this song and this story came straight into my mind! Yeah the song is wherever you will go by the calling. I know it has been used a lot but it did really go with the story so i thought i would still use it :)
You will probably need to read the story to understand so i will try and make it brief ;)

Story
Sam and Dean got into a huge argument resulting in Deans death. When Sam realises what he has done he takes Dean to the hospital, but its too late.
Dean wakes up and sees himself lying on the hospital bed, he realises that he must be dead. Dean tries to talk to Sam but he cant see or hear Dean.
Sam tries to make a deal with the crossroads demon, but he wont deal with Sam.
Dean tries so hard to talk to Sam but its no good. Sam visits Deans grave and Dean decides to stay with his brother as he needs him. Dean goes wherever Sam goes and Sam starts to feel his brother near him, but when he turns around no one is there.
Tired of not being able to be with Sam properly Dean tries one last attempt at communicating and leaves a message on his phone telling Sam what he is going to do.
Dean deals with a demon to have Sam with him but they wont let Dean live again, The only way is for Sam to die aswell. Dean makes the deal, killing Sam. Dean watches his brother die and regrets his deal. Then Sam wakes finding himself with Dean. Both boys are happily reunited :)

Clips from seasons 1 - 4, so if you havent seen anything then there may be spoilers ;)
