Julesburg Rest Area, I-76, Colorado USA

We entered Colorado on 1-76 in early morning after crossing in from Nebraska. This rest area, which is a welcome center, had a nice architecture, but the inside- the restrooms unfortunately were horribly attended to when we were there- very dirty and icky. (Sorry no better word....) I really liked the tee-pee like structures that covered the picnic tables, tried to capture that at the end of the video. The rest area I believe is accessible by both sides of the highway as you have to get off the highway itself- it's not really on the highway.
