Tips on unlocking the simple survey:
1. Use Firefox ,Chrome or Opera.
2. Go to the download page.
3. Click a download ..
4. Put the fake info in SLOWLY, but use an email that looks valid like: JohnGreen@gmail.com. Don't use the one I provided, though!
5. Submit the info, and the file SHOULD unlock! :)
