I lived for four years in Australia and would never live there again. I found it incredibly boring and barren in so many ways. Nothing to look at. No mountains. No greenery. No forests just thousands of square miles of empty scrubland and uncultured, beer swilling people. Not all of them, of course. I met some great Aussies but I must say I preferred the Kiwis. Flies and dust and more flies.

Beautiful country, i haven't been there. My gf is always going on about Aussie it does my head in ! Christmas on the beach sounds cool though ;+}
