The was not one "over aggressive" move by the police. Everything that was done was in response to the suspect's aggressive actions. Had he been more compliant, half of what was done wouldn't have been necessary or done by the officers. BTW, jaywalking is a crime because it's dangerous for pedestrians and it disrupts traffic flow.

People in this country feel so entitled that some believe no one, not even Police can tell them what they can or cannot do. They didn't "beat" him down because he jay walked, they took him down because of his mouth and reaction to being told what to do by Police. There is a line and he crossed it. Your mouth can easily get your ass arrested whether you like it or not. As for the photographer, you were creating a bigger scene than necessary. Mind your own business in the future.

i live here and one time i pushed my dad and he called the cops

and this was when i was 14 and the cops went into my room closed the door turned off the lights and looked me in the face and yelled at me saying *wanna hit someone hit me!*

and i told the cops i didnt *punch him* and there like bullshit and i was telling them the truth they never listen..

this was in north las vegas pd not metro ive met metro and they seem nice

@steelherd15 the photagrapher was within his rights and the only thing the cops didwrong was to try to get him to leave... the guy takin the pics probably saved metros ass from a use of force suit by documenting how much of a knucklehead the jaywalker was.

Let's see. These murdering cops get away from WRONGFULLY killing Eric Scott and Trevon Cole. I wonder what would happen if the Metro Cops were being killed like the crocked ones in Chicago. Hmmm.
