As you get to the lip of the kicker (which you should make bigger imho) pop and bring your knees up for a quicker rotation, to slow the rotation just bring it back out, and as for spins, dont try to set your spin whilst in the air, start at the lip and then move your head in the direction your spinning your body will do the rest. Hope that helps
