An old-ish lullaby about an inch worm that was written for the motion picture "Hans Christian Andersen" circa 1952.

It was featured again on the Muppet Show in the 70's.

Personal favorite, and good for kids for those that have them.

  • One of my favorite songs.

  • Many times i have heard this, it is nearly hard to determine it by my beloved Mary Hopkin singing this. Does anyone know who sings this?

    Tomoya

Experienced Mary's live concert in 1970 in Osaka Expo.

  • Inch worm, inch worm Measuring the marigolds Could it be, stop and see How beautiful they are (Chorus:) Two and two are four Four and four are eight Eight and eight are sixteen Sixteen and sixteen are thirty-two Inchworm, inchworm Measuring the marigolds You and your arithmetic You'll probably go far (Repeat Chorus) Inchworm, inchworm Measuring the marigolds Seems to me you'd stop and see How beautiful they are
