not cyst, a corpse

What magnification did you have the microscope on?

@lymebug This is an really amazing observation.

This is conjecture. Is there a clinical population to back this up?

@bamptonbred ...Lida Mattman talks about how to cause conversion of spirochetes or other bacteria, into cysts or L forms with use of specific antibiotics in growth media. Some antibiotics definitely cause cyst formation. See her book for info.

@aaronpitagn .....not from tick saliva, though there are some tick borne infections from tick saliva. The tick regurgitates into the blood stream during the course of its feeding or when you traumatize it, emptying the contents of it stomach, into the blood stream. Babesia, Ehrlichia, Lyme and other bugs live in the tick gut. See tick removal methods that lower the risk of this happening.
are you sure this is a cyst formation, i can think of many bacteria that round up before bursting in the presence of a cell wall active agent such as penicillin.

Would have to grow Bb out of the "cysts/rounded up circles" to see if the balls is dead or alive. None of the Bb on this slide exploded, all balled up. Possible the conc of Pen wasn't enough to or the Bb always make cysts.

My daughter had these things squiggling around in her eyes, she caught them and stuck them on our bathroom mirror! I took one from her eye, put it in a special liquid container that a doc gave us, and all that doc said was not to worry about them!

I don't think you found B. burgdorferi? They are bacteria that are approx 200 nm in length. That's 0.000007874 inches long. Maybe it was some worm or mucus. Lyme misinformation is what makes the non Lyme Literate Drs think Lymies are crazy. You got to be equipped with the facts to get there respect.

Oh, and I´d have one question: How long can these bacterias survive as cysts? I heard a theory which says 28 days, but that seems too good to be true.. I was prescribed penicillin, you know, and I am just thinking that if they convert into cysts like this, they actually even won´t get hurt and I´ll never get rid of them... Can someone enlighten me, please?

I think the Lyme Literate Dr's prescribe other antibiotics. Read all the Lyme info online there is lots of material.
