A memorial painting of our sweet golden retriever Chester, who was taken from us too soon due to cancer. He was only 8 months old when the cancer showed up. He lived till he was 18 months old.
Even though he spent his life with us and in our yard, he never made it up to the mountains. I know he would have loved to have roamed free in the wilderness, so in this painting, I have placed him where I hope his spirit is happy.

  • @IAmAWildOne101 Hi Thanks for the comment, just painted this in photoshop and recorded my screen with snaps pro X then time stretched it smaller in after effects..

Chester was a good good boy

  • man, I just discovered this video and feel so identified. Emotions like these are very deep and I imagine that colors almost flow from inside when painting.

I think that vivid colors (very of you) even denote brave feelings and memories, as well as a profound assimilation of his soon death.

    It really REALLY inspired me

Good work and sorry for my english.

  • @julianhidalgobeas Thankyou very much for your comments.. we think of our Chester everyday.

  • Oh, so tragic, for a baby to have to endure such hardship and have such a short life. The honor you've provided him through your art is inspiring.

  • thank you for your kind comment, He was a wonderful friend and will always be remembered.

  • I also wanted to add that Chester was quite a handsome boy :)

  • A beautiful way to remember Chester.

I know your pain. We fought for 7 mos. to save our Cattledog, who developed osteosarcoma .....amputation, chemo...ugh, yes, we feel your pain.

    You've definitely honored your boy.
