  • why are u using continental grip for forehand?

  • @daemonturk My topspin forehand for some shots is between a continental and an eastern forehand grip.

    You don't need a full Western forehand grip to hit high quality topspin.

  • @mustang100002 I wish... No, this court is at a wonderful family's house here in Moraga, CA. They have been extremely generous allowing me to spend time on their court videotaping these tips...

  • @mageXownz You've definitely got a couple of choices, and one of the keys is to show off those choices early in the match to keep your opponent from being able to anticipate where you're going with your approach.
