At least he still got his mother...if his mom was to also die and leave him with his dad's brothers...it'll probably be a different story. =( *TEARS* I'm pregnant and gonna be having my son in September...the thought of hungry kids make me cry. *tear tear tear* In the future I plan to adopt a Hmong baby from Thailand or Laos, IF there's any.

Hmoob don't eat ginger because they want to. Honestly ask yourself, do your parents/family choose to eat ginger with rice? I don't think so...you eat whatever you can to survive -- banana, ginger, kua txhob with rice...in this case, it's garlic.
Maybe this video clip is skewed...I'd understand if that's what you're trying to say...but to say that Hmoob eat garlic because they want to? That's just incorrect.

overall...this boy looks healthy and living the best he can..his spoon, plate and cup are clean...he has clothes to wear, he doesn't look malnurish. You have to understand that, that is how hmoob people are.
