So where are the surfers? As big as it gets, as random/unrideable as it gets. Where is the nearest point break / reef near hunnington? Trestles? Shoulda filmed there.

The waves can be as big as they want, or the water can be as clear as it wants. its not like we can predict what the ocean will do!

The waves in California just never get that big. Besides a couple spots, the waves never get bigger than 10-12 feet. That's big, don't get me wrong, but you never see giant waves.

I love that oldschool surfing style of the Newport dudes. Reminds me of 1975 Santa Cruz.
