Absolutely incredible :) Hey - check out Liku Baruah (just search her name on YouTube) she's an indian woman who does an AMAZING bloat - she looks like she's 8 or 9 months pregnant when she's done. She's able to keep air in there and I think she swallows more then pushes out further, then swallows more and then pushes out again etc. You should see how big you can get :)
