IN THIS SCENE: In this piece the artists let their imaginations run wild . . .
ABOUT THIS FILM: In 1987 Swiss artists Peter Fischli and David Weiss built a enormous, precarious structure 100 feet long out of common items. Using fire, water, gravity, and chemistry they create a mind-blowing chain reaction of physical and chemical interactions and precisely crafted chaos.

wasn't a Handycam... they actually recorded this on old-school 16mm film. that's why it looks like it was filmed in the '60s. I personally like the effect of that.
You do realize this was done in 1987 right... Personal video cameras weren't known for there quality in those days, unless of course you wanted to take out an equity loan on your home...
Yeah, right, a better cameraman, like in the movies, right?, with a dolly or a steadycam, right?, aahhhh... go rent Titanic or something, you don't deserve this.
Perhaps the low tech quality consistent in the Art and filming is part of the piece...it's not Hollywood...its real and grungy. Artist don't have the budgets you see in the movies, but having a track & dolly camera set up(not a better cameraman) would not have made the Art better!
