Is there a way to speed up the process of your pokemon to LVL in the daycare center?

I don't get it, what is that green room its right weird and on the sign by it, it says "Your bond with your pokemon will deepend as you travle together." anyone know the anwser?

i once put feebas and ditto in daycare to breed and I forgot them there. Now they're both at lvl 100 and I won't pay that huge fine to take them

That and maybe their personalities. I've had some trouble breeding pokemon because they simply didn't like each other before. (They were two of the same pokemon, too)
