@LanceCpl9 Waylon played a part in the NRA's downfall by failing to stop Will, who incidentally, is a "kid in control of an army."

In the first chapter you meet Waylon where you have to "rescue" him, he doesn't do jack shit. He doesn't even move his units that are "in danger." So all you ever hear is the comical intro riff. It cuts out is the perfect time.

Then, when you have to fight him, you hear this song, and you realize he's serious.
