@owenbrown006 Maybe like a month or so. Then she gradually settled and got comfortable with us (at the time, me, GF, and another piggie). Then she got too fat and lazy to be jumpy, haha.

thanks that really helps! At first she wouldnt eat anything from my hand but she is warming up 2 me and today is day 3 of haveing her shes still jumpy but when i hand her food she likes to rub her chin off it. haha! But she will eat it and friday i can get her out and i cant wait. when i got her from the store i got to hold her and she was nice.

@owenbrown006 I think it's about a week to ten days until you can pick them up more/play with them in earnest. They have to acclimate and get comfortable to you and their surroundings first. You can always try hand-feeding them certain treats/food or sit next to the cage and spend time with them in the meantime.
