I got 4670, is it better? I don't actually know.. I'am just into getting the best procesor but recently gaming became the norm for me again and I bareley play the ps3, just boring games like MW2 so... I never really compared GPUS. I was a cpu overclocker though.

I am buying the newer model the Dell Studio XPS 16 (1645).
Mine is going to be much better than this due to it will be having an Intel i7 CPU 8GBS of RAM and the Graphics card is the ATi 4670 (1GBS of Memory)
The only down side about this laptop is that it only has 15.6" Inch screen :'(
those graphics are awful lol. but it probably doesnt actually look like that in game i hope. maybe whatever you use to record was messin up

yeah well the resolution had and different encoding youtube uses makes the quailty less, u can look up screenshots of crysis on high, that is how it looks when u actually play it, this is just showing how smooth it is, also if u play it on XP, u get like 5-10 more FPS, this was in Vista, i never ever play it in Vista anymore haha

I mean no disrespect, but this is sad compared to the Radeon 4670 in a 1640. With it, you can run it on high at 720p. I get mine in a few days. Ordered it last friday and am just waiting now.

DOES the screen completely cover the ventilation exhaust hole (at the back-left) when opened???
that cant be right?
that must be generating tons of heath after 4 hours gaming???

if you have it on a desk or something flat it's perfectly fine, if it's on your leg then you need to make sure you dont cover it up, and the screen does not completely cover it, also the GPU underclocks itself to prevent overheating if it gets covered up. But i've been gaming for hours and it hasn't really heated up much
