used to live in uae, eary 90s, it was rich but u couldnt tell, just a few tall buildings, mainly empty desert, empty peaceful serene beaches, a few western expats that kept to themselves. i remember it was a boring place for a kid to grow up, now look! wow wot a change, id actually like to live there now, if i could afford it.

So much wealth and luxury ... but the workers have to wait months for their money, they live in big unhealthy city blocks ....
But still the UAE is a nice country but very PARADOXAL !
