24 Screaming Speakers

A lot of people ask me what it sounds like to use all 3 Marshalls together, so here is a little video of the 3 of them linked together through their effects loops. Since I wanted to capture the sound from all the cabs, I'm using a pc microphone, which is the reason there are some sound quality issues. The amps were at about 3...which was plenty loud!

another question: what is the method for link various amp with fx loop?

@FabioBlood Just go from the "send" on the main amp to the "return" on the other amp.

@FabioBlood That's right, the preamp of the first amp is controlling the poweramp of all 3 amps. My pedal board has a digital reverb pedal with stereo outs, so I ran them to separate poweramp inputs. The nice thing is that all the amps are then controlled by a common EQ and volume control.

the best amplifiers in the world! Riffguy I have a '85 2204 with mullard xf2 and sounds great, in your opinion on my other amp (jtm45) in the power stage are better JJ or svetlana c? (KT66)?

@FabioBlood I've never used KT66's. The JJ's are pretty good, but the best EL34's I've ever used were a pair of Groove Tubes EL34's rated as "S-5". I don't know if GT has the same supplier for this particular tube, since I tried them over 20 years ago. All I can remember was they really woke up my amp.

@10oooo01 No BS, the guitar is plugged into the middle amp and the other 2 are linked together through their effects loops, which are on the back panels.
