  • @TheFlexEffect look into metabolic typing.

  • @TheFlexEffect It is because nearly no fat!

  • I'm convinced that carbs are what make people fat...

but I'm confused as to how people in Asia are so slim despite having lots of carbs in their diet

& it's not just in poor countries where they have a lot of physical labor, but also in developed countries like Japan...

is it their genetics or something?

  • @joshuacorona1 LoL!! i make no comment on what u said about being sedentary.. as If exercise is the Best and Only Answer to weight Loss!! again LOL!! in the mean time U go and study science by dr.Raymond Peat.. and maybe ull stop eating foods for cows and lambs.. vegetables and salads.. -:)!

  • @zahradel the question is how do you get that energy you idiot, the answer is CARBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Caffeine increases fat oxidation during exercise, which switches glycolysis to lipolysis-oxidizing fat for energy as opposed to glucose.

  • @boxcover14 And let me ask you a question, what energy system do you use when you lift weights? It's called atpPcr not lactate, where creatine is your main fuel.... WOW!

  • @zahradel oh yes like u was saying you need to push yourself like a maniac to cause muscle growth, but let me ask you a question.... how are you suppose to push yourself like a maniac with your workouts without any carbs?
