@bkava4 I saw this video of yours and it brought back great memories and shivers down my spine! You performed in very well! I played a similar (if not the same) solo arrangement of this piece back in my teens in the mid to late '80s and all I have is an audio recording of a rehearsal! I've stopped playing since then (when "life" as we know it forced me to work my *ss off). Makes me want to go back to my original "passion!"

great! I had learned to play electone in Japan. I also love tune of Masa Matsuda.

That was fantastic, Brett!
You must be one of the happy few EL-900 owners in Australia. How did you get hold of yours? Ever considered to upgrade to an EL-900m?

actually what i'm thinking now is the guys plays not that bad, because the bass was strong.but the problem is why you play a rock music but never move a little like a robot? HEY MAN~~!REMEMBER YOU ARE ON THE STAGE!MOVE !MOVE!! MOVE!!!SHOW MORE PASSION!!!!

Thanks for your comments - unfortunately the auditorium I performed is does not have great acoustics and when recorded on a small handy cam the balance is not the best. As an electone performer I don't over do body movements, I feel they detract from the performance and the music. I take your comments on board though. Thank you.

This is the original version of this piece in A-Flat, right? The last time I heard this piece (in this version) is probably 1982!! Could I have a share (copy) of the score. I've been searching for it for years.
Nice performance indeed.

The notes themselves are the original version in A Flat. I have taken the registrations and drum track from hiroshi kubota. The registrations and drum sequence has been significantly edited to accommodate the masa matsuda version. I first played this song on an HS4 and HS 8 fifteen years ago. I think it's a totally awesome fresh interpretation. It's one of the best pieces to play and wow does it catch the eye and ear of the audience!

Brillaint work Brett! Love it!
(I don't have a camera so I can't record myself) I know how tricky this song is I recorded it from my EL900 of the Hiroshi Kubota arrangement and put the perfomance for people to download to play on their electones on my website.
I look forward to seeing more of you.
