【材料】:豬肉1斤、咖哩粉1大匙、蒜泥1小匙、薑泥1小匙、酒1大匙、糖3小匙、鹽1小匙、雞粉1小匙、沙拉油半碗
【做法】:
1、取一容器把已切片的里肌肉放入,再倒入沙拉油後攪拌均勻,醃漬兩個鐘頭後備用。
2、起一油溫約200度的油鍋,把豬肉片一片片放下去炸,炸至豬肉片邊邊微焦後即可先撈起,接著轉大火把油鍋燒熱,再把剛炸好的豬肉片回鍋再炸一次接著轉小火,炸至豬肉片­酥脆。
3、起鍋熱油,把薑末和蒜泥放入後先熄火,避免炒焦接著先把咖哩粉倒入少許油後,再放入鍋中炒,這時可開小火再倒入水、酒、和剛剛炸好的豬肉片再放入鹽、雞粉調味。
4、接著開小火約十分鐘後等湯汁收乾後,再加入糖增加亮度拌炒後裝盤起鍋即可。
