  • @Fred420ist I know combining those two is odd. Withh 500 charector limit, it is very hard, nay, impossible to complete a theory in the space provided. Except the one here... Lol

  • Yes, yes and absolutely yes. Which was the time of public education. Npw we have federally mandated curriculum, robbing students capable of accelerated learning. No child left behind. Same philosophy used in the banking bailout. Just pass the kids that fail while keeping successful ones in check with interest on printed money, which can never be paid back if they don't print it, except by paying with gold. Croany Capitalism is not true Capitalism. It's fascism, which is a Corperate owned state.

  • @Fred420ist

Back in the 50's many black schools that were segregated and under funded produced some of the best and brightest intellectuals due to reliance on themselves, teachers and the knowledge they were given. Produced so many independent thinking people.

  • @Fred420ist

Yeah but American can't fund education anymore because they have no money. Even if you tax the rich it won't do anything nor create any revenue because the debt is way to high. Wait till the next recession hits you'll see. There will be no bailouts this time because the government has no money. Third world countries have better education because they have adapted and use other means to get educated. IE internet.

  • @Reido2828 Taxpayers pay for grants for foreigners to get college educations to improve the standard of living in their home country. Federal tax dollars were not intended to fund public schooling. Educational funding is the responsibility of the state. Except in some college grant programs. So if the funding is low why can't America compete with third world countries? Answers itself. But if you need more, the no child left behind act. Hold the smart students back, so the dumb kids pass.

  • Well done Jeff.... We need leaders like you to surface puppets like Ferguson, and help understand the Occupy Wall Street movement.

  • @Fred420ist

So if the funding is low why can't America compete with third world countries? Why is it that so many immigrants from the third world come into America and create the large companies? Now what were seeing is people coming into the country, getting educated and then leaving. Whatever you political belief is Niall Ferguson's comments do have some truth to them and all of us here in North America are going to get hit by a very large over dose of reality in the coming decades

  • @Gaius8666a Income is only one taxable stream of gains. What about capitol gains? What about complex deductions; so called 'Tax Letters'?

  • Schools have recieved less and less. It wouldn't be a increase in funding. It's a restitution of funding. The British guy: Sent by the European banks? Our decline in education is a direct result of Not just less money in the budget, but the money being worth each year less due to inflation. Low scores on SAT's, no civics classes. We are set for facism. Created by the Federal Reserve Systems interest rates, comprised of a trainwreck of banking families since 1913 They get gold, we get paper..

  • Fergusons comments have a lot of similarities to Ron Paul. His comments on China are dead on and right now less government intervention is the answer.
