@manuel8887 In a tournament setting and sparring we do not attack below the belt, but in self defense it is quick and very effective.

@MasterMalm But aren't kicks below the belt "ilegal"??? (I practice ITF, by the way)

@Thecashflowman These videos are to show the 'correct' way to learn them. As you improve your flexibility you will be able to kick higher. In self defense you could do #4 as a front kick to the groin, then a round kick to the knee and I am pretty sure you would incapacitate your attacker.

Very nice demonstrative technique. i myself am Green Belt although i like revising over some of my older techniques and what not :)
