Why don't any of the freight railrioads operate passenger trains? Are they not allowed to, or do they just not want to and/or do not want to take a chance at it?

Hey if you want to see this thing and if you live close to Moberly Missouri thats where its parked right now for a while. Its pretty cool. I got to go in it and its really cool.

Because NS (Norfolk Southern) doesn't run any passenger train service nor do they want to.... Those passenger trains you see here are a novelty used for company promo........

This passenger train came into Louisville today pulled by two F-7A units and 1 B unit. I did not have a camera. The KY Derby is next weekend...
