There are some girls who can hold their weight very well. Some girls, usually Brazilian, can be hefty but super fine. They just have thicker bones, wider hips and good musculature covered up with a layer of fat that is not flabby and they also have a gorgeous thin face. A girl like that can be like 5"4' and weigh 160-170lbs with no issues. There are girls though who should never gain weight because they do not have the frame to hold it well. It is just genetics.
