  • @Robbob9933

    so well said

  • AIKIDO IS FOR THE MOVIES.

  • @theawakener7 The hypocracy originates with the ignorance of the art. Aikido's use of the attacker's momentum against the attacker should not be confused with the lala land of puppy dogs and rainbows. The only person that is not supposed to be harmed throught the use of aikido is the Uke. The main problem today is that far to many martial arts are far too art and little or no martial and couple this with belt selling dojos and dojos set up by people watching YouTube as their education.

  • @theawakener7 Now if you're wondering, since aikido originated from the use of swords, he killed all 3 of them with a sword, a sword and your hands can be used in the same way, just one can kill and one (i'd assume) can't, or shouldn't.

All i can say is aikido is a very very difficult martial art to master, as it takes a lot of precision and timing, Aikido can be dangerous, or aikido can be harmonious, thats the aikidoka's choice

  • @theawakener7 i also said aikido is meant for survival, if you have to kill a man to survive, then so be it, these men taht attacked ueshiba came with murderous and heinous intent and they weren't just gunna get beaten up and simply walk off. What had to be done, had to be done. In modern times, things have changed. The people that plan to rob you, will most likely not want to kill you. I respect the fact that you are so devoted to the martial arts, infact i may even have respect for you.

  • @theawakener7 i'm also curious as to know what martial arts you actually did

  • @theawakener7 if you had really learnt anything from all the martial arts you've learnt, you'd have more respect for other martial arts, even the ones you consider are 'useless'. If it was useless then Morihei Ueshiba (the founder of aikido) and Shioda Gozo (who did judo for a very long time before aikido) would have even considered the martial art in the first place. Morihei ueshiba had to be a bodyguard at one stage and killed 3 bandits using his aikido.

  • @theawakener7 black belt is only the beginnin, until u start getting into dans, u won't be a good fighter, it also depends who it was that learnt it. Being a black belt only means u spent time on it, not that you're good at it. Aikido wasn't made to bash your opponent, it was made to survive in the outside world, stop lookin for the violence in it.
