    section!! Its pretty amazing! It works

    best if you had abs before though

    its all about muscle memory..:))

  • I started the 16 week program yesterday and I can already tell this is going to be legit. I want my abs back and I can tell you just from one workout that if you stick with this it will work. I am looking forward to seeing my abs again after losing them a couple months ago

  • hello, thank you for this video. I have a question: I can not perform chin-ups due to a sport injury. Will I still have more less the same effect if I substitute chin-ups with push-ups or something else? What do you recommend? Thanks!!

  • Hi ya'll, just about to start week 1, can anyone tell me how reps to do in each superset? And also how many sets would you advise to be done? I am trying to get a set of abs by august ready for my holiday. I have also changed my diet, which I'm hoping will help.

  • @htlv34 If u stop eating ur body starts producing more fat, slows ur metabolism, and also harms ur body.

    If ur looking to lose some weight just eat right and do some cardio
