hello, thank you for this video. I have a question: I can not perform chin-ups due to a sport injury. Will I still have more less the same effect if I substitute chin-ups with push-ups or something else? What do you recommend? Thanks!!

Hi ya'll, just about to start week 1, can anyone tell me how reps to do in each superset? And also how many sets would you advise to be done? I am trying to get a set of abs by august ready for my holiday. I have also changed my diet, which I'm hoping will help.

@htlv34 If u stop eating ur body starts producing more fat, slows ur metabolism, and also harms ur body.
If ur looking to lose some weight just eat right and do some cardio

best if you had abs before though

I started the 16 week program yesterday and I can already tell this is going to be legit. I want my abs back and I can tell you just from one workout that if you stick with this it will work. I am looking forward to seeing my abs again after losing them a couple months ago
