  • Hi.

    After the fermentation is done (7 days in this case), we transfer the beer to a new container (to get rid of the yeastcake and it also clears the beer a little, since we're not doing any filtering) and add the hops.

    We usually let it sit in there for about 7 more days before bottling. When using pellets for dry hopping, we just throw em in, if we use cones, we let them boil for a short while to get rid of any bacteria.
