  • Well David..I have to say..you are the Dr Phill of horses!!l..I have seen another trainer

use a "gum line"..something similar to the "nerveline" ..but it attaches to the horn of a saddle so that if the horse bucks it causes discomfort..Any opinion on that..have you uses anything like it before???

  • @krk789 Yes I have opinion on that one.... no I havent ,, dont think I will be doing that either.. with my hands I can control the pressure so no damage is done.. But I can see where that can case damage..

  • I love that stirrup/rein idea. Going to try it. Is there any way when you do multi-part videos you could link to the next parts in the description as they are not always listed together. Just a thought! Thank you so much for your down to earth talk.

  • @MsHorseloverforever Thanks ,,, dont worry I will always have something to say.lol

  • Seen the Mennonites use a nerve line a lot when they are shoeing.

  • Great job! Just learned two things, thanks! I have never tied to a stirrup like that, I have done nose to tail....Thanks!!!!
