  • What clear and organised speakers they all are!

  • Great info!

  • learning organizations are really intriguing.

  • Important points to remember. Very Useful.

  • There aren't many corps that treat learning/knowledge as such a precious commodity, but I can definitely see the validity. I would have liked more case studies highlighting some of the challenges and not just the ideals.

  • I found the discussion very important not because of they are a professor, but also they came up with evidence that affects & facilitating an organization to be a learning one. I have just injected an idea of a learning organization in my department level. I have asked my self how should I know whether my dpt is practicing learning or not. I felt I have got some concept the importance of tools that gauge us to measure the way we are dealing with learning or not with learning. Abebe, Ethiopia

  • @DragonForceF0REVER I feel like their answers sounded like that because of their profession as professors

  • enjoyed the video..and would be keen on working on this issue of learning organization with Professor Garvin and Edmonson. I run my training and consulting firm Bangladesh

  • @DragonForceF0REVER yeah, it's kind of annoying to be honest
