Tony Torre has lived in Painesville, Ohio for 88 years. He has seen its former glory as one of the crown jewels of the Connecticut Western Reserve and has watched as shopping malls and urban renewal turned his city into a barren one. He's not too convinced it can be restored like the 21 classic cars he has brought back to life.
