THIS HURTS!
What hurts...: My left knee hurts.
How you hurt it...: I hurt it by doing weighted squats, i probably had lifted more then i could handle.
When you hurt it...: I hurt it about 3 weeks ago. I stopped doing any leg work.
Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): Right now the level is 1 or 2.
Your age and overall health...: I am 26 and have been working out for about 3 months.
Any other information you feel is relevant...: I have never had any knee problems. And im looking for some advice on how to get back into working out my legs and making sure my knee is good to go. about 2 weeks ago i rested it well and did a few normal squats but i still dont think its 100%.
