A friend (not a taiji guy) returned from a trip to Singapore and Hong Kong and brought me a present. He said he hoped it would be of at least SOME value... Well, it was; the value was a comedic one. (It was an otherwise completely useless, to me, instructional VCD of the standardized Taiji wushu 42-step form.) Here is an unedited excerpt... Check out those subtitles. :-)
(NOTE: this is not to take away from the teacher's skills or make mockery of him. It is only making fun of the translation, similar to what sites like engrish.com do. No offense to anyone is intended. I'm sure if I tried to translate English into Chinese using a dictionary it would come out at least as badly on the other side and I would laugh with them.)
That's Professor Li Deyin. Even if you can't speak Mandarin you can still use the vid as it has step-by-step demo. You can if you are not a beginner. It takes patience to watch and learn from it.
