Language is always a matter of usage, but that reality routinely eludes the attention of the incompetents who purported to instruct the vast majority of Alexandrian cultists in Greek and Hebrew as well as misleading them with idle speculation.
None of them nor any other skeptic has ever presented one historical or linguistic fact that refutes the plenary verbal inerrancy of the King James Bible in fully legible English today, as many scholarly works have demonstrated long ago.
-
@prairiemark the apostate aka "Baptistnomore"
Nothing you posted here even refers to the Received Text in English, but you are illiterate in Greek and Hebrew.
Apparently, you are also a historical ignoramus, and you can save your smarmy claptrap for other Vatican shills.
No factual "error" in the inerrant King James Bible has ever been proven, and Rome is the great whore according to Revelation 17 and 18 in any language.
Where will you spend eternity?
-
@boggymark1 Do you still hang out in your shadowy basement and troll the internet to find someone to insult with your mindless drivel? Any rational discusiion with you is impossible. Generally that is a trait of the KJVO group.
-
@prairiemark As LaodiceanTimes wrote, "Polish Catholics are considered liberal heretics for saving the Jews from the inquisition, having a noble republic, and allowing freedom of religion. Because of this they brought in House of Waza to destroy Poland through wars, rebellion, and through Jesuit subversion (...killing the reformation in Poland...liberty, etc.) Waza/Jesuits inflicted Poland with terminal cancer and turned Poles into slaves.

@prairiemark No, jjpetkusiii was right, you illiterate buffoon, VERY UNLIKE YOU: "Although there are no errors in the King James Bible today, Alexandrian cultists are notorious for their lame interpretations of the Greek New Testament which routinely violate 'constructio ad sensum.' You and "brainouty" are prime examples of the silly revisionist fanatics who waste their empty lives posting deceptive drivel.
Hell awaits you, and I have warned you of the wrath to come time and time again.
-
@prairemark No one in 400 years has ever proven any linguistic or historical fact that refutes the verbal inerrancy of the King James Bible in fully legible English today, you illiterate fool.
As mrmark262 put it, "To hell (not hades) with the niv, nkjv, esv, nasb, and all the others that i have not mentioned!! Maybe Jimmy Swaggart can get this youtube video and learn something. I have in my possession a perfect complete bible that has been blessed by a king..and inspired by The King of Kings!"
-
The man in the video looks ill at ease....like he is worried...like he has to defend something that he is unsure of. When I was a fundamentalist Baptist I had to defend all king of indefensible things. It is hard work..and hard on the conscience too. Fundamentalism is at its basic level a dishonest religion. It seeks to find a convert by looking from shore to shore and when it does it makes them twice the sinner they were before. Look at the crew of people commenting here defending KJVO.
-
@boggymark1 Why should I answer person who sinks so low both morally and intellectually" I think this person has said in his heart..."There is no God watching." But he is wrong...he will give account for his evil heart...his dishonesty, his mean spirit and his hard heart that will not listen to truth.

In perfect English, those ancient Greek and Latin texts read: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6).
No linguistic or historical "error" in the inerrant King James Bible has ever been proven by anyone in 400 years.
-
Translated into perfect English, those ancient Greek and Latin texts read: "And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me" (John 8:16).
Only the Lord Jesus Christ saves sinners by grace through faith in Him, the Son of God, alone.
-
@prairiemark No, troll, you are wrong again, but jjpetkus was right. So was I.
By the way, 'brainouty' can't even interpret the Koine Greek herself--in fact she can't really pronounce it because she thinks that it has 'meter' like Attic Greek which was a different language--BUT your moronic revisionist propaganda is what did you in here.
No one in 400 years has ever proven a factual error in the inerrant King James Bible.
So, when was your mental retardation first diagnosed?
-
Tell me why your brain is missing before you make up more nonsense about a nonexistent text, moron.
As jjpetkusiii put it, "For the English-speaking peoples, the King James Bible is the inerrant Holy Scriptures, preserved by the LORD, in the lingua franca of the contemporary world as an established matter of historical fact. Moreover, salvation is of the LORD by grace through faith in the Son of God alone in Greek, Hebrew, Latin or any other language whether ancient or modern…"

The KJVO only crowd says the Byzantine texts are superior to what they call the corrupt Alexandrian texts. The the Arian heresy was promoted by a man from the north. The godly elders of the Alexandrian area stood up to him and dealt with him. The result was the God breathed Nicean creed which stands up against the Arian and Gnostic cults....some of which originated in the same area the Byzantine texts came from. To disregard the Alexandrian texts is wrong and foolish and shows ignorance.
-
@jjpetkusiii Thank God then better texts used to translate the NIV omitted the man made verses inserted by over overzealous scribes. We do not want the man made texts inserted into the Sacred Word. Some of the verses in the KJV were not in the Bible for the first thousand years of Church history...and should not be included. In reality there are no omitted because they were never part of Gods Holy Word to start with.
-
@prairiemark Unlike you, troll, boggymark1 was right again.
As kevn2004 wrote succinctly, "how about the fact that niv and asv and etc. have omitted and changed scripture, oh never mind Rupert Murdoch right? he is CEO of the company that publishes the niv and a satanic bible, need more proof or should i stop there?"
Valid hermeneutic methodology is never a proper matter of debate, and there are no "errors" in the inerrant King James Bible.
Hell awaits all your unregenerate ilk.
-
@prairiemark Try learning how to read English, troll, since you are a Biblical illiterate in Hebrew and Greek like all the rest of your pompous coterie of Alexandrian cultists.
As boggymark1 put it so succinctly, ”By the way, 'brainouty' can't even interpret the Koine Greek herself--in fact she can't really pronounce it because she thinks that it has 'meter' like Attic Greek which was a different language--BUT your moronic revisionist propaganda is what did you in here..."
-
While there are no errors in the King James Bible today, Alexandrian cultists are notorious for their lame interpretations of the Greek New Testament which routinely violate "constructio ad sensum."
As ChristianTruthHammer wrote, "Other good ones include 1 Thessalonians 4:9 and 1 Peter 1:22, which use agape and phileo interchangeably in the same sentence. I think the best Greek nugget I ever heard was in Matthew 19:7, where the words for 'writing of divorcement' is apostate bible."
-
The fool has said in his heart....."No God here watching." God is watching when professing Christians promote garbage...when people blindly follow the KJVO cult and run down Christians with rational views on textual transmission and texual variants.Look at the comments below..especially some by by JJPETKUSII. Not only are they irrational garbage, they repeat over and over again a mantra of lies. He repeats the same insults over and over again at anyone who calls his bullshit bullshit.
-
@jjpetkusiii How do you "prove there are no errors in the KJV?" It cant be done. Of course the KJV translation team dealt with a large number of textual variants.. The elders in Alexandria faithfully opposed the heretical influences that came from the north....like the heretical Arian teachers....They came from the area of the Byzantine texts. The result was the Nicean creed which to this day defends against Gnostic and Arian heresys, many of which arose from the areas of the Byzantine texts.
-
@prairiemark Who are you?
ο θεος ο ποιησας τον κοσμον και παντα τα εν αυτω ουτος ουρανου και γης κυριος υπαρχων ουκ εν χειροποιητοις ναοις κατοικει
In perfect English, that Koine Greek text reads: "God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands" (Acts 17:24).
While your Biblical illiteracy in any language is impossible to hide, there are no errors in the King James Bible as a proven matter of historical fact.
-
@jjpetkusiii The Translating team would have done better if they had access to the documents in the Vatican Library....but they used what they had and did a credible job. Still they recommended that Christians use several translations..and they left notes of disputed and unsettled translations in the margins.
-
@samuelamos1 than why was it Elias in one spot and Elijah in all other places?
-
@captbullhorn In English pronunciation Elijah and Elias are the same name. English is derived from German. In german "J" is pronounced as a modern "Y";and the "S" is often silent as in "Illinois". When pronounced as it was years ago both names are identical. As for the italics, you can call them uninspired if you like, but at least the KJB is honest about which words were supplied by the translators; unlike modern translations. God has magnified His word above all His name.See Psalm138:2
-
Thanks for uploading this edifying video, Brother.
God bless you.
God NEVER promised to preserve the originals. He promised to preserve his words.
Ps12-6-7,Ps138:2,
Moses smashed the original tables
Ex32:19, Jeremiah originals were burnt Jer 36:23, and then thrown into the Euphrates River Jer51:63, Daniel interpreted an original document that was written on a wall Dan 5:24-31, The original scribed statement that Christ was King of the Jews was written on the cross itself Lk23:38.
God put the Apocrypha exactly where it belonged. In neither testament.
