  • NOBODY TODAY CAN TOUCH THESE FANTASTC MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET SINGERS

  • It doesn't really matter who is better than who in this company. Throw in the likes of Sam Cooke, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf and ask yourself the question how many of today's 'stars' have comparable weight and gravitas. I don't doubt they have the money, but this crowd have something that money can't buy. They have history, they have earned it - and that's not something that can be bought and sold.

  • @ImpaleClan To me Jerry is the real king, but Johnny is still a legend.

  • great tv ...sadly its about 2 mins too long.. song writting has ceratinly improved since then ;)

  • @MrJackDice JR Lewis was fantastic.. Jamming with Elvis was great.. These guys didnt compete .. they were just mates creating music for the future .. and what a legacy they left.

  • Sun Records uncovered music genuises.. Each and every one a Great Artist.. None of them competed against each other.. just total respect.. The 50s is where it all began.. lets not forget Buddy Holly.. But Jim Reeves was great also.. we could go on and on.. great music from great artists.. Each one just opened their mouth and sang a tune.. great stuff..

  • great that they made a tribute to the ONE AND ONLY KING ELVIS PRESLEY. love eternal for him! <3

  • Roy orbison has the voice of an angel

  • @jennytmaher

wich only goes to show hard and fast living is good for you ! :) most of them did anyway !

  • @jennytmaher and the last i heard, he's still playing.

  • What's to compare here? These incredible men (including the absent Elvis), were pioneers of rock music that lasted until they died -- AND most of them recorded more of their best music at the END of their careers. Elvis was the King -- but these men -- they don't bow to any king -- and Elvis liked it that way -- believe me. Elvis respected each and every one of the men on this stage as they respected him in return. They all cast musical shadows the rest of us couldn't stand in.
