Nacho Novo Goal (28 seconds after he comes on.)
Rangers vs Falkirk, Scottish Cup Final 2009

(Now in HD!! :P)

For some reason I was recording when they came out from half-time... next thing I know I caught the goal on my video camera :D

Watch the bottom left hand corner and you will see Novo coming on as a sub, when they kick-off he runs straight to the edge of Falkirk's box and Rangers get a throw-in which Novo was going to take but puts the ball on the ground. He then runs in circles around a defender and he breaks away..... then with his first touch he smacks a beauty in to the Falkirk net, 1-0 Rangers.

Haha Samaras, say HAHA SAMARAS!!

  • A ver si marcas muchos de esos en el Real Sporting de Gijón Nacho xD

To seeing if you mark many of this in the Reall Sporting de Gijon Nacho

  • @TikiTaka159 Estoy seguro que Nacho será un gran éxito en España, justo cuando estaba en Escocia xD

  • The Falkirk fans did make more noise and you know it. And yes, it was a good goal by Rangers, but Falkirk were the better team.

  • I agree.. sort of, I think Falkirk played the better football and in parts of the game I could only hear Falkirk fans singing (very loud may I add), but they didn't take their chances of which they had plenty, and although they may have deserved to win, they didn't. It wasn't the best game ever but Falkirk made themselves heard and put up a great fight but I think Rangers winning the league, pushed us towards the cup more than Falkirk. Fair play though, it was nice to see some good football!

  • bet your glad you were rolling then, awesome hit great camera angle for it too

  • Haha lol I just felt like filming them for some reason and then the goal happened lmao! Yeah we had amazing seats in the shade lol, feel bad for the falkirk fans who were in the sun for the whole game though :P

  • @UlsterLoyal72 What a ridiculous comment, I mean really if it hadn't come from an old firm supporter I'd have thought someone was on the wind up. I find it remarkable that you can sit there and slate Falkirk's support when your own clubs support is little more than a glory hunting bigot fest. The sad truth is that towns across Scotland are full of plastic old firm supporters with no sense of loyalty or belonging, perhaps sadder still is the fact that Rangers depends on them.

  • @WobblyLegMan

    Thank you :D

  • @WobblyLegMan

    Gracias :D

    Thank you :D

  • goodbye wee man :(

  • finaly a non-bigoted rangers supporter.

  • What a goal!!

  • Only wee Nacho can score goals like that,ha ha Samaras x2,Credit to Falkirk for putting up a decent challenge it took a special goal to win it ,happy days.

  • It's cos the Falkirk stadium at the moment only has a capacity of 7000, but at Hampden for the scottish cup, you want to enjoy the day and be out supporting your team, especially since our last final was 12 years ago.
