I made one with solid state explosives inside the wings or arms. The booms then explode when they reach a certain temperature.
We then dumped a box load on a village and it didn't take long for the villagers to start throwing them. The results were hilarious.

Do you think it's better to throw a two-wing rang holding the front or the back wing?

@cclementi6 The boomerangs are shown as an upside down "V" shape (as shown at the start of the video ).
The right wing is called the throwing arm/ wing, the left is called the dingle arm/wing .Normally a boomerang is thrown from the right wing .The balsa wood is so light you have to throw from the left to get enough spin .Giant maga boomerangs 4'-9' across are also thrown from the left dingle wing in order to get enough spin.

@cclementi6 Typicly the throwing wing on the right allows for better aim and control of the angle of release , try both and see what you like .There are some boomerangs (big C shaped type ) that are best thrown from the elbow the top point middle. I threw boomerangs last night made from long paint sticks they are best thown from the elbow. Try all possobilities and fly them the best way for each type of boomerang.
