I have a suggestion to resolve this problem. For the upper bulb make it a full-time parking light or full-time turn signal. There's a blue and a brown wire coming out of the socket. To make it a signal only cut the brown wire and ground the wire coming out of the socket to the body of the truck or to the black wire on the bottom bulb socket. The same for the blue wire if you want it a full-time parking light. That'll solve your problem. Long live V-LEDS!!!

@afeyeguy alright thanks i might get a different 3157 bulb a more powerful one but if not then i will try ur suggestion.
