You're talking about Yosuke's VA? Well of course, Nier is a Cavia game. When do people NOT go insane in Cavia games? But yeah, Gideon was pretty batshit. Cavia's unbridled hatred for children make them find new and innovative ways to inflict misery upon their child characters.

@CrombieTheZombie Don't even get me started on how much Drakengard hates children..... makes sense though seeing how Nier is technically its sequel in a way.

@BlazingAbyss I can only hope, now that Cavia is gone, that Yoko Taro ends up in a video game directing role again somewhere down the line. Imagine all the ways he can still show his hatred for children/the player/everything!
I unironically love Cavia, and I hope this abusive relationship can continue in the future!
