Drawing Tutorial [Technique]

This is my "simple" tutorial for you people who keep asking me about the coloring and brushes and.. outlines.. glowing... etc XD

this was made with photoshop cs2 so I'm not sure if it'll work for any other program o.o

hope this simple short tutorial helps~

@ViviMJ2001 D: No no, never say that! If you really want to start out I suggest use the simple MS Paint and look up those eraser tricks and such. c: Start off with that to get some skill then you can move on to bigger programs such as Photoshop,Paint tool SAI or Gimp. (:

@NipahKumaChan I agree I have gimp I dont even know how to use it!!!!!! :( So complicated, I'll never be an artist :(
