  • How much did you pay for the set of pickups??

  • I can't recall. Probably about after USD 90 after conversion from local currency

  • is that a custom bridge or was that always there?

  • It's always been there

  • i was thinking about ither getting the p-rails set or the jb/jazz hotrodded set whitch set do you think is better?

  • I can't decide myself which is why I have one guitar for each setup :) Depends on what you're looking for. The p-rails have a lot of versatility with all the pickup types and is a more classic rock, blues, twang stuff. The hotrodded set has solid rock, blues, metal tones and you get stratty tones when split. The important thing is to get the wiring and grounding right.

  • @Twiz9491 If you play metal and rock get the hotrod set. If you play everything but metal and want every sound available get the p-rails. I have both in dif guitars and they both sound awesome in their on setting.

  • single coil gives you that twang, and the p90 gives you........that........p90 tone

  • 4:23 wannabe chewbacca sound? hahaha BTW very nice and detailed video...

  • yeah i figured that out when it i tried it, now im just using triple shots with a chromacaster switch

  • Answer: Ohms law. In the center position there is a gain loss and increase in resistance. It does NOT sound the same as a switched installation.

  • i think ill go with the the p-rails :P thankz for the help
