Antonia Dietmann appeals to all DOP Members to become more engaged and involved in the Division in order to increase the momentum of getting our name out there. Antonia is the Chair for the Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP) of the British Psychological Society (BPS) in 2010. Antonia wants the protected title of Occupational Psychologist to be more widely recognised, so that it is important to understand what they do. She maintains DOP members must actively forge stronger links with occupational psychologists in Europe, America and worldwide. Whilst, closer to home, Antonia appeals for DOP Members to reach out to the Health Professions Council (HPC), and other home organisations, such as the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
