@anubis2787 maybe brand new they are. you can buy a used GT500 or vette for around 25k bucks now days. 25k brand new will only get you a truck now haha

@Turbo05gt Try 800rwhp for the GT500. That's about 900-950 crank hp. Twin turbos?  The GT500 has an Eaton supercharger...

Ok well price for price. Bot are used cars now so: gt500 27-35k(depends on miles), gto20-35k. About the same price really gt500 has way more potential in stock form. Gto is good for maybe 600 crank hp, the gt500 is good for 850 crank. The ford gt literally made 1000+ hp on everything stock except twin turbos instead of the blower. Whic a gt500 is basically a gt with some tweaks. Anyway both ARE bad ass cars. I'd take either but rather have a gt500. Just looks sexy and twin cam+ twin turbos= awe

I say right on for owning a GTO. American Muscle. At least it's not some fucking Honda ricer. No shit the GT500 walked him, its got 100 more HP, and weighs the same. What do ya'll think is gonna happen?

@Lodhi0512 I disagree. My gto was cheap as fuck and its a blast to drive and has been a great car to me. Yeah its not the fastest car out there, but it gets the job done.
