AhmadUK please do not misinform ppl in here, Bedil had nothing to with afghan since afghanistan is a totally new concept and its an imposed name by the british on Khorasan zameen in 1879. Bedil like Mawlana Jalaluddin balkhi, was a tajik not from balkh but from Badakhshan and his parents moved to Agara Hindustan, back then the region was called Khorasan, and afghan or afghanistan was where its called Waziristan of Pakistan today.
