The title is self explanatory.
The game DOES NOT run as slow as the video, but since I was recording the video at a fairly good quality and my CPU does not have more than a core and two threads, it ended up being a tad slow.
I overclocked my old ATI Radeon 9600 PRO 256MB using ATI Tool, it did a good job.

FYI, most of the time this big slowdown is caused by the video being written to the same hard drive the game is installed on. Putting a partition on the same drive won't help you either. You need a second drive the computer can access separately for FRAPS or whatever you're using to write to. Notice the game only really bogs down at certain spots...that's where it's trying to access the hard drive for the next spot of track or the intro or whatever.
