That sucks that the video cuts off at the end. It also sucks that the first few moves were rushed through and ignored, to instead spend a few mintues talking and not doing anything productive before the game actually starts.

I found this video to be very helpful at explaining the basic concepts of the Berlin Ruy Lopez. Incidentally, I have played your opponent in this video, Schtivelband, and it was a Berlin!
(Well, sort of. I was White and I avoided main line with 4.Qe2.)
