The roster is not the same. If you cannot recognize that Keith Brooking is a huge upgrade over Zach Thomas in terms of play and motivation and that Gerald Sensabaugh is a better safety than Roy Williams/Keith Davis/Tra Battle/Pat Watkins and that we're not depleted with injuries this go around, then I seriously question your football analytical abilities.

What did Tony Romo do? Fumble the snap? Big deal. It wasn't the game-winning snap. Furthermore, your second statement is not applicable since he was no longer the snap holder after that play. Quarterbacking and snap holding are not related abilities.

Your preference of a regular season blowout to 5 Super Bowls is another example of the poor categorization skills that seems to be prevalent amongst all Eagles fans.

You're assuming that our defense would have then been able to stop a Seahawks offense that had previously driven the length of the field to score a touchdown, who would have then set up a field goal kicker in Josh Brown that had 4 game-winning field goals that year in 2006. If we would have made that field goal, that WAS NOT a guarantee we would have won the game.

If you're so good at looking into scenarios that didn't come true, look into the one where you guys win November 8th, 2009.
