I think it's important to know that Prop 8 is really only that 1 sentence long. It has nothing to do with all of the random arguments people use to turn people against it, nothing to do with schools, nothing to do with kids.

Despite what prop 8 supporters say prop 8 actually does take away rights. Rights including long-term care insurance, state veteran benefits, tax exemption of inheritance, pension plan survivor benefits and marriage.
